Over four 90-minute online sessions, you’ll learn the foundations of the Laughter Yoga practice and experience it directly.
By the end, you’ll have a simple, practical way to use Laughter Yoga for your own well-being.
Live attendance is encouraged to get the most out of the experience. However, all sessions are recorded if you need to miss a session.

Who Is This Training For?
The Basic Learning Course is for anyone who wants a deeper understanding and experience of the concept, philosophy, and unique benefits of Laughter Yoga. Through a clear and fun approach, this course will help you develop a personal Laughter Yoga practice and bring more laughter into your life.
The Basic Learning Course does not include facilitation training and after completion you will not be qualified to lead Laughter Yoga sessions for groups. If you complete the Basic Learning Course and later decide you’d like to lead Laughter Yoga sessions with groups, the next step is to take the Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Training. Upon completion of the Basic Learning Course you will be given a coupon code that will enable you to apply the fee you paid for the Basic Learning Course toward the fee for the Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Training.
